How far in advance should I book?

• Parties can be booked up to 3 months in advance

When is payment for my party due?

• A deposit of $50 is billed and pulled through the online Parent Portal within 1 business day of the confirmed booking. The remaining party balance is due the day of the party and will be automatically pulled from the primary card on file day of if not already settled.

How early can I arrive?

• Parents/Guardians of the birthday party child may arrive no more than 30 minutes before the party start time. The coaches/party hosts will be present to assist with unloading and setting up any food, decor, goodie bags, etc. that you may choose to bring.

What is the structure of the party?

• Each party will consist of up to 30 minutes of setup time, 1 hour of organized gym time, and 30 minutes of table time in the party area. All guests must be picked up and exit the building by the party end time to ensure our team can clean and reset the area for the next event. 

What is included in the price?

• The price includes 2-3 coaches that double as party hosts, tables and chairs to accommodate participating guests, additional chairs for non-participating guests, a cake/snack table, trash bags, and a hassle-free party experience from set up to clean up, facilitated by the coaches.

Can I take photos/videos?

• Yes! While we do not allow photos and videos during class time, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos at your child’s birthday party!

How many guests are included in a party?

• All parties can accommodate 20 participating guests including the birthday child and any participating siblings age 3+. RSG members wishing to invite more guests may do so for a maximum total of 30 participating guests for an additional cost. 
• The maximum number of anticipated participating guests must be disclosed at the time of booking for staffing purposes. 
  • *If your participating guest count exceeds what is listed in your final confirmation email, which is sent the Wednesday preceding your party, an overage fee of $100 will be billed and pulled day of.
  • A participating guest is defined as: a child between the ages of 3-18 that will be actively participating in the organized gym time portion of the party. 
    • This includes any siblings (age 3+), cousins, school friends, extended family, teammates, etc.
    • Children under the age of 3 are NOT permitted to participate in the organized gym portion of the party and will not count as a participating guest.
  • • A nonparticipating guest is defined as: Adults, family members, parents of participating guests, and children under the age of 3.
      •  We’ll provide a small toddler play area for younger siblings or visitors under 3 on the purple preschool floor. A caretaker must be attending any children utilizing this space at all times. 

Can I add more participating guests after booking?

• No- Maximum anticipated participating guest count must be determined upon booking for staffing purposes. 

Is there a limit on how many nonparticipating guests can be present?

• No! We want your child’s special day to include all their favorite faces. Any non participating guest must remain in the lobby/table area throughout the entire duration of the party.
  • Nonparticipating guests are NOT permitted in the gym area, on equipment or in the weight room at any time.

Do parents/guardians of participating guests need to stay?

• No! They are welcome to drop off their child(ren). Pickup is promptly at the party end time. The parent/guardian must physically be in the gym to pick up any child from the party. Children will not be released to parked cars.

Do my guests need to be actively enrolled in the Rising Star Gymnastics program?

• No! Anyone age 3 and up is welcome to join the fun as a participating guest as long as they have signed the waiver and have been identified as one of the participating guests prior to the party.

Do my guests have to sign a waiver to participate?

• Yes! All participating guests are required to sign a waiver. This will be done through a unique registration link that will be provided to the party parent/guardian. RSG staff will monitor the submission of these and notify the parent/guardian of the birthday child if any named guests have not completed the waiver. 

Do I need to decorate?

• You certainly do not need to, however we welcome decorations and fun touches to add to your party experience! If your party has a theme, please let us know! We would love to incorporate it into the games and other elements of your party!

Can we bring our own food?

• Yes! You are welcome to bring any food, snacks, cake, cupcakes, drinks, etc. that you would like to serve at the party. We do not provide any food or drinks.

Do you have a fridge/freezer available for use?

• Yes! We have both available.
