Rising Star Preschool

Rising Star Preschool is a unique environment where children will learn through movement and play while focusing on kindergarten preparation. Teachers will provide an interactive theme-based curriculum including social emotional learning, exploring the world around us and FUN!

Regular physical activity improves attention span, aids in mastering new information and promotes a healthy life style. We are so lucky to have our program connected to beautiful gymnastic facility.

At Rising Star we believe in preparing children for kindergarten and beyond by encouraging movement, learning and play, By meeting children where they are and encouraging their own personal growth.

If registered for Rising Star Preschool 8:30am-12-15pm, then the student is eligible for the Lunch Bunch and Gymnastics registrations.

Registration for Lunch Bunch and Gymnastics is only available to Rising Star Preschool students. Looking for just gymnastics? See our Shining Star class options for 3-5yr olds!

Accepting 3-5 year-olds 

  • Must be fully potty trained

Rising Star Preschool Schedule

1/2 Day Schedule (Preschool Only)

  • 8:30 am drop off
  • 8:45- 9:30 am Morning free play and Morning Meeting
  • 9:45-10:15 am Gym Time (organized gym play and grooms motor movement)
  • 10:15-10:45 am Bathroom and Snack
  • 10:45-11:00 am Daily lesson and table work
  • 11:00- 11:20 am Small motor activity/Free play
  • 12:15 pm Pick Up

Full-Day Schedule (preschool, lunch bunch, and gymnastics) 

  • 8:30 am Drop off
  • 8:45 am Preschool Class time/Activities
  • 12:15 pm Morning Pick Up and Fridays
  • 12:15 pm-1:15pm Lunch Bunch
  • 1:15 pm Lunch Bunch Pick Up
  • 1:30-2:30 pm Gymnastics (Rising Star Preschool Students Only)
  • 2:45 pm Pick Up. (All students must be picked up by 3:00 pm.)

2024-2025 Holidays

RSP calendar takes into consideration both MCCSC and RBB school calendars. Changes to the calendar although rare are at staff discretion and could be made throughout the year. Please check back for changes.
